All our items carry a 30-day money back guarantee. We are confident you will be very happy with anything you purchase; but, if, for some reason we do not meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of the date of delivery. You MUST call for a Return Authorization number and instructions. Any return sent back without this RA number will be refused. This number helps us to process your return quickly and efficiently. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is our top priority.




Ordering on line is EASY, QUICK and SAFE. We would like you to know your information is safe with us. All orders are secured with standard SSL encryption. In addition we ask only for the information we need to process your order. When you give us your information it remains only with us. We do not "sell" or "trade" this information with anyone, nor do we use this information to try to sell you more products later. We appreciate your business and we respect your security concerns and your privacy.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and Checks. It is very safe to use your credit card on line, however, we realize many internet users may still be hesitant. In addition to on line ordering, credit card holders may also order by telephone or fax.

If you would like to purchase by check you may send your order to us, once your check has cleared our bank your order will be shipped.


We have a generous 30-day policy. All returns must be in its original packaging. You MUST email or call us for a Return Authorization Number prior to sending your package back. This helps us to process your request promptly upon receiving it. All returns/cancellations are subject to a 3% restocking fee. Also, please be aware that large returns may be subject to an additional 20% fee. We do not reimburse for shipping charges.

Orders refused for any reason will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping fees.


Sales taxes are charged only for shipments to California addresses and charged at the prevailing rate.


Your order will be shipped via UPS or, small items ship via USPS. Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days, some duvets and comforters may take 2-3 weeks to ship. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery. During August, duvet covers and shower curtains can take up to 21 days to ship.

Please note that all SWITCHPLATE ONLY orders will be adjusted to a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00.
